The movie was hilarious, although, I found the repeated images of topless women jumping into bed with Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn unnecessary. I kind of got the point after the first one. And since I was the only female screening the movie with four other males, seeing naked women on a big screen just felt a little weird, you know.
Usually, during any scene in any movie containing sex/nudity, that I preview with male co-workers, there's this awkward silence in the auditorium, especially if it's a steamy sex scene. And I find it kind of funny, not because of what's on the screen, but because it gets too damn quiet! hehe.
I always have an urge to look around and see how they react to scenes like those. And, NO, I do NOT get turned on when I see GUYS getting turned on, it's just out of curiosity. However, I usually just sit still during those kinds of scenes, because, I figure if everyone is that extremely quiet, they must be enjoying the movie, and I'd hate to draw their attention away from that.
Fortunately, there were NO steamy sex scenes in Wedding Crashers, only a few minutes of...topless-ness, I guess. But the movie was funny as hell!!
I just didn't like the ending, because I hate it when characters say that they 'love' each other after they've only met for a few days. That's just stupid. I think the last time I told a guy that I 'loved' him, he started hanging out with a female 'friend' from his church, saying that she's helping him 'spiritually' get through some tough times. And being the gullible idiot that I am when it comes to relationships, I believed him, until he broke up with me to date her. *sigh* I hope I never meet an asshole like him again.
